Just a quick update to let you know that Gina has been re-admitted to MSK.
She woke up early this morning with sharp pains under her right ribs and was having trouble breathing. We put in a call her surgical team, who sent us to the ER.
A CT scan revealed fluid accumulating around the bottom of her lung.
Interventional radiology is working with her surgical team to decide what's the best path to take. But unless it clears up on its own, it sounds like a procedure to drain it tomorrow would be the most likely approach.
Stars and prayers would be much appreciated.

(P.S. They finally let me grab Gina a slice of pizza at 10:30pm, which was good since she hadn't eaten anything since 8am.)
