This is what optimism looks like. Gina spent the weekend prepping and peeling 45 pounds of Roma tomatoes, fresh from the farmers market, so that we’d have perfectly delicious sauces for her pastas and pizza, all the way through ‘til next Summer. Seemed like an appropriate way to mark our first Cancerversary.
